In addition to a top-quality scientific and academic training programme, the CSC Graduate School has created a graduate programme focused on the personal development of students, strengthening their leadership skills and supporting their employability. A certificate is awarded to students, helping them to enhance their profile with recruiters.
As the connections between academia, research and the economic sector of companies and organisations become ever more interconnected, the CSC Graduate School has asked Marie-Claire Maillotte, director of the company Humanityssim, to set up a programme focusing on the personal development of students. The aim of the programme is to equip students with the knowledge and skills they need to strengthen their leadership skills, in line with the requirements of the organisations to which they will be contributing.
